This is one "Sister" Gertrude Spittle, a Annis Hag Druid of the Underdark. She rules over a remote mushroom jungle venturing out only twice a year to sell her healing wares and medicines.
Though a cruel man-eater, she will never turn away the injured or sick. Though she does have a tendancy to eat those who pass under her care, whether or not they are rife with corruption and disease.
